i've been practicing like every day 4 like a week now, but the next day i always tighten back up!! help me please!!

For a straddle split lay on your back on the floor (or bed against a wall), put your bum all the way against the wall and do your straddle on the wall. Relax, relax, relax. The gravity will pull. Read a book, watch TV, talk on the phone like this. Stay as long as you can manage, I used to do 1/2 hour at a time. Flexibility does take time though. Be patient or else you could do serious damage and never get your splits. Good Luck!

Actually run or do cardio beforehand. When you're warmer you'll be more flexible.

Be sure to do stretches and various excercises beforehand.
