Does he smile at you randomly? Does he approach you just to talk....does he seem slightly nervous around you? chances are yes.

But if that's not an option, try hangign out w/ him. Observe the awy he acts. If you ask him a question and he's just like "Yeah" or "no" then most likely no. But generally if he gets into it and will try to carry on that conversation, there's a pretty good chance.

Let me know if you need any omre advice on this! It would help if you could explain liek how he acts and stuff, but I'd be more than happy to tell you what I think (Being a guy)

well if he likes you he would flirt with you a lot. he would smile at you and just pick any reason to talk to you.also he would maybe act stupid around you. like joke around a lot or stuff like that. and the staring is a big part!
