I am doing a project on the mineral aluminum and i have looked everywhere but cant find things like its streak , specific gravity,fracture, Transperancy ,and cleavage. Help! Thanks!

Hi! To be perfectly blunt, there's simply no such thing as " the mineral aluminum." Aluminum is a lightweight metal refined from an ore called bauxite, which is the hydrated form of two different aluminum bearing minerals. The hardness of bauxite varies from 1 to 3 and its color ranges between white and brown. Bauxite generally forms aggregates about the size of a pea. One of the minerals is called gibbsite: Al(OH)3. [3 is a subscript.] The second aluminum bearing mineral is called diaspore: HALO2. [2 is a subscript.]
