I am attractive and busty, I don't mean to intimidate other women, but they judge me according to my looks, what do I do?

Kill them with kindness and excel in all your duties. Don't give them any reason to doubt your abilities. That usually drives them nuts.

i see nothing intimidating about it. how do you know they judge you because of your looks? if its such a problem, go to your boss and present the evidence. your boss can guide you in the right direction.

prove yourself. prove that you are not slutty and you are not the type who will sleep your way up. prove that you are capable. don't be afraid of your advantages including your looks. be their boss in a few years' time and they really will be in awe of you. woman are so jealous monsters

It would probably help if you were less vain.
Its not deformation...maybe its not your looks maybe its your brain they judge you on.
