You might be too young to attract him right now (how old are you?). Dress nicely (not slutty) and make the first move, many guys are too shy. Try to learn what intrests you have in common to start a meaningful conversation. Dont be discouraged if nothing works; he might not be ready for a relationship, just be friends until he is, some of the greatest relationships are when friends become lovers.
