No, you might have some degenerative arthritis tho. Go to the doctor and get an anti inflammatory for it.

I my self am also 22 with knee pain. My pain is from soar stiff joints from playing hockey. My one knee cracks everytime I bend down or go up stairs. I have been scanned and drained and bla bla bla, but the Dr. just says its kinda like a head ache, they just happend there is nothing in my head cuasing them it just hurts sometimes. Try an over the counter pain med like advil. Also ice helps when they get really soar. However the warm sensation could be a sign to internal swelling/injury so you might want to get it checked out. Don't be scared to go to the Doctor, they are there to help you. I have medical problems and doctors are my best friend. I would be more scared to go to the dentist!!! Just get them checked out, better to hear that they are just soar then let the pain go on and find out you've had a problem and let it go on!

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Try out some home remedies. You can also look for information in the web that give you home remedies. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

It sounds like you just have some sore joints. Go to a doctor, and see if there is anything that they suggest in terms of vitamin supplements of something that will reduce swelling in your joints.

I don't think it is a big deal.

Are you taking a good multivitamin? Liquid is best. Make sure it has strontium in it. Like Vibe.
