LATIN IS NOT COSERVATIVE AT ALL----THEY DRINK BEER LIKE CRAZY AND KIDS EVERY WHERE ---GOD ONLY KNOWS WHO IS THE DAD-----THE ANSWER WILL BE ARMENIA

Honduras, and possibly El salvador. I'm not sure about Uruguay?
A large number of others have placed socialist parties in power.

I'd say just about all of them. Most latin americans are catholics :(
