I actually had this happen to me once, and it turned out just to be a cyst, and it went away in like a week. It is just puss & water trapped inside, but you can't really pop it like a pimple. Cysts like that are normal, and nothing to worry about, usually the result of an infected hair follicle. Make sure to clean it extra well with warm water to decrease any swelling and to help with the pain (If it doesn't get better, or it hurts THAT bad, you should go to the doctor)

It sounds like a pimple on your ear. They are really very common here because make-up gets on your ears when you are applying it. Put a warm (actually, as hot as you can stand it) washcloth on it several times a day. This will help the pain & draw the infection up & out. Good luck!

I've have sometimes had acne on or in my ear. I would try squeezing it and see if it busts. If that helps, but then it gets worse, I would see a doctor. Maybe it's a spider bite.

sounds like a pimple - I get blackheads/pimples there occaisionally. It's no biggie.
