Are there any countries that have a custom of no premarital sex outside of mainly muslim countries?

I think all good religions are not allowed a custom of premarital sex such as Islam,Jewish and Christianity.Adultery or fornification
is prohibited by Allah the only one God in line with islamic religion
.Person who approached it and had a premarital sex would have a great sin.In the holy Qur'an Allah spoke that if the two married man and woman made an adultery they should be thrown by stones until died.But if they both were still single (unmarried) they should be whipped or lashed 100 times in the public area witnessed by the members of society.Their occurrence should be witness by at least 2 men or 4 women..But you must sepa rate clearly the law of God and its practice in the society.In fact not all countries where majority of its population are muslims practice the law of God.Besides that it is very difficult for having 2 witnesses for adultery because in general it was done silently in a room only both of them the perpetrators no any witness.So it is not guaranteed that all perpetrators of fornification in the muslim countries be punished. or there is no adultery..I convince that there are many perpetratos which still live free without punishment.But God is omni know them and in the final God's court they will be punished..I think outside muslim countries
,adultery is growing well without punishment based on they live together without marriage is legal..They made premarital sex
as they like each other without force are not against the law..Women outside muslim countries based on their freedom would not maintain their virginity before marriage. because they do not acknowledge that virginity is sacred.

extra marital sex is frownupon by many religions.

hinduism, christianity, islam...

so any countries with traditions in those religions would;
namely india, the more old fashioned countries of europe (poland, the balkan, and the easterblock), south america, most of the arabic world. most of africa (not all some countries in africa condone polygamy)

I think India does......BTW Mr. "loathe thy neighbor" the penalty for premaritial sex is NOT hanging but getting some lashes...DUH
