Too long (butt length) looks silly on some girls, but too short can look boyish and unattractive. Hair that goes just over the shoulders and stops just past the shoulder blades, without bangs or facy waves, works on most girls.
But really. Hair is like fashion. Something that works for one girl doesn't work on another, and there will always be those sexy hair rebels.
