Buy a gallon of spring or nursery water and drink the whole gallon a day.
Go to GNC and find out what protein shake to drink for LEAN purposes and not body building proteins.

Every week, buy food with less fat and carbs like vegetables, fish, chicken, and turkey.
Fish= catfish, talapia, salmon
Chicken= chicken breast, grilled chicken, no breaded chicken
Turkey=not thanksgiving turkey but a small amount will do

Change your eating habits.
Dont just eat 3 big meals a day or fast food.
Create a routine of meals. at least 6 small meals a day
One way you can do it is put each meal in a container and set up a time, spreading each meal at least 3 hours apart to build your metabolism.

Other than that, cardio will do the trick.
jogging or riding a bike for 30mins a day
2 sets of 20 sit-ups a day
cleaning your house can even be a workout

This should'nt be too dramatic. Hope it helps

Do yourself a few sit ups everyday. Start with like 20 and progress everyday with 5 extra (i.e. 20,25,30...). You will know you are doing it right if you are mildly sore. And do them right! Do leg lifts for tighter thighs. Face a wall and press your hands flat against it. bend your left knee slightly (never lock them!) and raise your right leg slowly up and down about "knee level" and switch to the other leg. I'd start with 15 and do the same like with the sit ups. If you really want both (but makes you really sore) AND IT WORKS GREAT.....try lunges. You should be feeling it all, no matter what. Look up how to do them properly on PREVENTION.COM. They show you how to do them. Prevention magazine is great for little exercises for thighs and tummies if you can get to a gym. And it costs about $4.00 a month (a new issue). Eat lots of fresh and raw fruits and veggies to keep you full and refreshed. Try eating whole grains instead of whites. Whites go straight to the tummy area. Eat lean meats and stay away from candy and fruit snacks, soda......anything that has a lot of white sugars in them. Just watch your calorie intake. You are pretty young and you don't have far to go for your goals. Just don't stress out about it, ok? You'll be in ship shape for summer. I just know it! Good luck to you! I hope this helps!

P.S. - Honey, you are not big at all. I wish I was your size. I'm getting there, but I'm also 25 and it's getting a little harder to get it off!

Thats not big at all.. it is OK to be that size, its a bit average. Anyone who says that is fat is out of their mind!! About summer, your body stores more fat in the winter than in the summer, so if you are looking to lose some weight just drink a lot of water every day and come summer time if you are swimming or doing other activities the pounds you stored over the winter time will melt away like nothing.

Please read the advice I have given in this subject for other questions.
Do a lot of sit ups, resting a day if your abs feel painful. Eliminate all sodas, this is non-negotiable!
You can eat your carbs, but make sure to eat the complex carbs, not the simple ones (cakes, cookies, sweets, pizza, chips, etc...). The complex ones come from vegetables, whole grain foods and raw fruits.
Good luck.

128 is ok but if you realy wont to make your self feel good go for 120 all you have to do is drink water everyday have your 3 health meals, morning, lunch and dinner.
now if you wont abs just go to your bed put your self half way off the bed make sure your feet are togehter and toe touching the floor, then raise your body up and down.
for your innner and outer thighs lay down on your side on the floor and raise your leg half way hold for 5 sec and down then repeat.

no, you are not big my sister weighs that much and she is 15. If you think your overweight just eat right. eat 3 servings of dairy a day and yes, you must eat some meat. run about 7 miles every Sunday and keep adding 1 mile every other sunday

No, you are fine...WALK, Crunches with you knees bent (if they are not bent you put to much pressure on your spine), Leg lifts for the thighs. Don't over do it. Start slow and built up.
Also just keep an eye on the Fat grams you don't have to be to strict just cut down.
