Well, normally when stuff gives one an allergic reaction, one refrains from interacting with said stuff.

Other than that, talk to your doctor. :-)

have you tried taking benedryl before you consume those items? You might want to check into an allergy specialist, and also get an epi pen just in case you get really bad face swelling that cuts off your airway.
