hey guys thanks so much for commenting me exept for the one sarcastic dude. i forgot to mention that i carry about 95% of the fat in my stomach and sides, 1% in my chest, and 4% in my butt lol. My thighs and legs are suprisingly slim and all muscle.. I dont look my weight though. I wear a size medium shirt and size 30 pants. just like most of my skinny friends. im just worried about the bulge out of the sides and my front. My doctor actually did mention that i was very muscular and that i was only a small percentage body fat. but that not the way i feel.

HERES MY QUESTION: I'm a teenager still and im short. I am 5'5 and 160 pounds. I am about 30 pounds over weight. I am a vegitarian and a very picky eater. I barely like any vegitables (I know im a vegitarian lol) and im picky with fruits. I love breads ans\d sugar. I am always self concious about myself in school. I wanna loose as much weight as fast as i can. my goal is 130 pounds, which i was last in June. I want to be able to be comfortable wearing a tee shirt in spring and be comfortable swimming without a shirt on. I have been struggling with weight problems since the third grade. I am still in school from 7 to 3 so i cant eat many small meals. CAN ANYONE HELP?!?!?!?! I know it is possible to loose 20 pounds in 10 days so can anyone help me? Please no mean or sarcastic answers
