My puppies do the same thing, and it is completly normal. There is not much that you can do about it, they will just grow out of it.

It could be the food or water, or possibly a stomach disorder or stress. If you're really worried, take her to the vet. It's only really a concern if the dog hiccups all day long. Puppies get hiccups often though.

puppies have a tendency to wolf their food if you are feeding dry try mixing with a bit of warm water it will help slow her down and reduce the amount of hiccups. This usually comes from having to grab as much food as possible from litter mates.
Split her meals into several smaller ones during the day as well this might help. Also make sure that she has fresh water with her meals.
Good luck

the most suitable wager is to attempt your maximum suitable now to not allow puppy get this stuff. All that "overseas remember" may reason havoc consisting of your puppy's digestive gadget and each now and then, reason authentic damage (like aluminum paper causing cuts & scratches in his intestines). which potential puppy-proofing your position - you know, a prevalent cleansing celebration - choosing up your stuff and putting it away. no exciting - yet having to spend thousands of $$$ to keep your puppy because he swallowed a needle and thread or a push pin or something that punctured his intestines is way less exciting. Or worse, watching him die a sluggish, painful lack of existence from peritinitis (from a punctured gut) is fairly undesirable. So sparkling your position.

I had the same problem. They do outgrow it-thankfully. I found a great answer on here, rub her tummy right below her ribcage for a little bit. It's where the diaphragm is, it helps so much. My puppy used to get it at nighttime when she was in bed with me. Every once in awhile she'll still get them, usually at night or early morning.

She may be cold. I know when my dogs were puppies I would cover them when they had the hiccups and it always helped. Same with human babies.

She's a baby. Babies hiccup. It may be nothing. However, if you are concerned, talk to your vet next time you take her in for shots.

LOL all puppies get the huccups!!! It's because they can't burp up trapped gas in their tummys. Relax she will out grow this sooner or later.
