I've been cutting back on my calorie intake (salt too) and am experiencing some terrible heartburn and awful headaches. I've been trying to follow the food pyramid and I HAVE been eating much healthier foods. I also work out an hour everyday for 5 days a week. Has anyone else experienced this and is it normal to go through this at first?

Eat more carbs, that say that if you don't eat lots of carbs you get headaches and tend to forget thing and becomes lets say stupider

I have not had indigestion, but I do get gassy from eating healthier. No headaches either, thats not normal. My I suggest you write down what you are eating and the fitness you are doing for one week and then talk to a doctor. Perhaps they can help you deal with these issues.

My body registers one less calorie and goes into shock.
then I can't sleep, I get nervous and grouchy and hate the world.
It gives me everything from depression to back aches.
When I take diet pills I can't stop talking and almost get thrown out of school. then I don't take them and fall asleep in class.
I hate that I have gained weight. But before I just quit eating and everyone was "Your to skinney you look sick, what's wrong with you." I was trying to get into a size 4 I was a 6. I hardly call that skinney. But I was living on diet pills and taking sleeping pills at night. I had a chicken breast and salad. a diet bar for lunch.
Sometimes one for breakfast. So decided to just cut back.
The more you eat the more you want to eat.
Do we have to starve all our life because we were born with fat genes?

dont cut too much carlories because your body needs them to work properly, you should be having 1200 - 1500.
