if i told u that i've been invited to a party..and suddenly, it was a blistering cold...so, i sat at the corner of the road and i wait for the taxi...and suddenly,a car pass through me,but there was no driver...would u believe me? some people might say i'm crazy or thats impossible..so,that is the same concept with god...how could the earth orbiting on its orbit without crashing other planets...how did the birds knew where to find their foods?
if u see a car,u will definitely know that the creator of the car must have metals to make the car, he also must have a lot of wires to complete the wiring in the car so that it can move, he also must be educated as he know how to make a car and to assure that the car will move based on the right condition...and that is the same as god...He must be the almighty source which owns everything as He create the world and keep them in order without any help.if u can give me more strong answer why shouldnt u believe in god, then give me.

Hey,
I don't really understand the details of your questions but I will give it a go anyway.
I am not an atheist per say but I do not have a strong belief in God or any higher power. I think mostly everything can be explained by science and yes there are exceptions to every rule. I think that we have alot more to learn as a species. How can anyone truly believe in God or religion for that matter? How do we know anything for sure? Life and any meaning of it is a mystery and it will probably always be that way.
I guess a better question would be - Why do you believe in God?
It is hard to answer any of these questions without a better understanding of what you believe God is? I personally have no reason to believe he does exist. I also have no reason to believe he doesn't.

I don't believe in any god(s) because there is no evidence that supports the existence of any god(s). Similar to why you do not believe in the tooth fairy, I do not believe in god(s).
You may choose to assume a god in the gaps (empty car passing by you). I choose not to assume that god must be driving that empty car. There can be other reasons why an empty car passed by you without assuming the existence of any god. Maybe someone left the parking brake off, and it rolled by. Much more plausible, no god necessary.
If I don't know the reason why I collect belly button lint in my belly button (earth's orbit, birds finding food), I do not assume god put it there. You can do as you want.

What you are talking about is various types of evidence. The one thing that is missing in virtually all religious. Certainly all theistic religions.
Many of the types of evidence you give is being interpreted by you to support the idea of god. The problem is, if you "assume" there is a god, then that explains the other stuff easily. Unfortunately, the introduction of "god" adds much more complexity than any thing it solves. All the things you mention do have more mundane explanations by principles we have seen and know exists, perhaps you should look into them.
I have a problem accepting something as true without compelling and unambigous evidence. Since I don't see the bible as evidence, perhaps you can see my problem in accepting god as an entity that exists.

A god cannot exist because an intelligent entity cannot exist with no origin. As far as the laws of physics are concerned, the fact that things happen all on their own without the capricious guidance of a god is just another proof that no gods exist.

a) planets don't crash into each other because of centripetal force. they're in constant acceleration.
b) birds find food on instinct. they learned over time that if they get hungry, they should probably eat. just maybe.
c)look up 'premordial soup'. different elements were created by stars, those elements make up amino acids, lightning struck this 'premordial soup' causing the amino acids to change configurations, thus, organelles, DNA and whatnot were formed, prokaryotes...blah de blah... cyanobacteria produce oxygen... eukaryotes... multicellular organisms... more evolution...more complex organisms... eventually humans.
and that could've been considered layman's terms. that's why i don't believe: highly accepted theories, soon to become fact.
by the way, you said that god keeps things in order. so... explain entropy. it exists in simple chemistry, so it can be applied to larger subjects, considering they all contain atoms and can undergo changes, and entropy says that things tend to become more chaotic.

I don't want you to not believe in God, that is up to you.
I think the difference in how we think is that I flat-out admit there are many amazing things I don' t understand. How the universe works and why humans are here on earth is always fascinating me, and I try to learn as much about science and human culture and history and philosophy, etc. as I can, all the time.
I could never sit and listen to someone *who claims that God speaks to them* try to give me answers to questions I didn't ask. Threaten me with eternal damnation for infractions, some of which, can be committed by accident! Hand me a list of "What We Believe" and ask me to say it over and over again. It scares the hell out of me.
There may be a "god" and there might be something else, I think all of it is good. We don't know. Nobody knows. To say that you do is to LIE and to stop wondering because you think you "know" is limiting yourself and your life. I think.

Have you had science even in high school?
Your agruement for a God is really silly. it is akin to a police officer arresting you for murder and when asked for proof he says we have no proof you did anything. THAT PROVES YOU'RE GUILTY!
Lack of proof is NOT proof!

I have nothing against god existing, he/she/it just doesn't exist.
There's no reason for me to think god does exist, any more than there would be a reason for me to believe you when you tell me you saw a car driving all by itself.
