I need to burn ALOT of calories for this spring break because i'm going to go to the beach alot (and i need to look good in a bathing suit) Can you please help me???

While there's a lot of good exercises out there...running gives you the best "bang for your buck". See the plan below to start running. You'll burn 100 calories or more per mile. Watch what you eat, too, or else all those hard earned miles will be for naught. Have a great Spring Break!

The best calorie burner is a slow jog, or very fast walk, but it has to be for longer than 20 min, since during the aprox. first 20 min only the sugar stored in the muscles are used for fuel. Afterward, after the sugar is gone, the liver will start producing sugar from the fat, that is when the fat is burnt.

RUNNING is the best thing in the world - that and walking
i gaurentee u

runners, dancers, and swimmers have the BEST bodies

workout too- 500 crunches, 100 sit ups, push ups, bycycling

most imprtant thing is to SWEAT LIKE HELL

It is a matter of stop putting them in your mouth, just stop eating all the white stuff, bread pasta etc and eat fresh fresh all vegs fruit and no take away, fat and junk food, swim walk, run and live and eat right and you will not have to go on any fast fat burners

once you're working, you do burn energy. Do you consume a great variety of fatty meals? that could desire to be motives why. If no longer, then you definately could desire to probably soak up a sport like basketball or something. You burn a great variety of energy there.

do 50-100 situpes in the morning when u wake up then the same thing before u go to bed......do pushups,and RUN the runnin and situps will help the fastest

treadmil! if you don't have access to one, just go walking or jogging, and you will be surprised at how good it makes you feel afterwards
