Deist.
Agnosticism is a comment on the nature of knowledge, that one cannot know whether or not there is a god. Deists believe in an impersonal god that may or may not be the Christian one.

Well a Deist believes in a God but not in a personal God.
They think God created everything and now does nothing.
Rather lazy kinda God!
Set up the train wreak and then just let those trains just keep crashing into each other. rather sadistic if you think of it!
