I can't take a day off, because it's mandatory and if I don't go, I can't play next year.

Take Some Ibuprofen now, take some in the morning. Stretch out GOOD before bed and also do the same when you wake up. Try to get more limber before you lift as well, the less limber you are the more sore you will be.

I played football 6th grade through college so keep it up kid, its worth it!

Stretch well after every workout. Thats key. Also you should not do wieghts every day. Drink plenty of water. And if you are still so sore tommorrow, take a day off

first of all, keep moving. If you are pretty healty, take ibuprofin to help with the pain. I nice hot shower might help loosen things up. YOu are going to feel worse tomorrow, so take some more ibuprofin in the am, and another hot shower to loosen up.
