Althought looks are good and we are physical beings, looks are but one attribute. There are so many characteristics to people. Sure take looks into account, but don't be lead down the garden path by looks. Remember that nature very rarely gives all to one. If one has looks then there is that much less chance they have all or most of the other qualities. Also many girls just don't dress and make (cosmetics) up. When they do they are stunning. And believe me when I say-some girls who don't look the classical good looking type are not only really good looking once you look into them, but are really nice when you get to know them. Furthermore some can be real red hot. Trust me on this. I'm 56 and have had experience. There is a multitude and caladioscope, a rainbow of goodness and goodies out there. Don't deprive youself of these because of an impression-SEEK THE SUBSTANCE. And you'll not be sorry. Hope this helps.

Would you like to date someone who only cared about your "looks". Of course not. What if you dated a girl who had amazing looks, but did not know how to hold an interesting conversation or all she cared about was looking in the mirror. That sh** gets old fast. I'd rather go out with a guy who had a great personality than one who was hot. Looks fade over time,but a person with a good heart and a sense of humor to make me laugh. Now, that's pure gold! Stop being so superficial and maybe you'll actually meet a good person! People who are attractive tend to be selfish and arrogant.

It depends on what you are looking for, If you truely want to have a wonderful relationship, she should above all things be your best friend, doesn't matter if she's 300# and got buck teeth and a hair lip if you like being with her. the ol' song says it best "if you want to be happy for the rest of you life, take an ugly girl to be your wife"

NO WAY.
i mean, they might be really pretty, and hot, but they might be really stuck up, and mean on the inside. i'm not saying that looks don't matter, but there are stuff that matters more. like date them if you have the same interests, if you guys like each other for who you are. and THEN think about the looks.
