I was reading the answers, thank you all. someone wanted to know when I started this? My panick attacks started when I was in the 4th grade, I'm in the 8th right now. I don't want to talk to my mom, because she just gets mad a breaks everything. she had always been like this. I will probably get some books on relaxation techinque. I'm glad to know that I'm not going crazy. lol. thanks all of you. =)

You are having panic attacks. Your body reacts as though it's being injured, which makes you even more worried, and the symptoms get worse.
Get some books on panic attacks, learn relaxation techniques and see a therapist. Don't agree to take prescription drugs - this can absolutely be handled without them.
It's possible this is a phase and you'll grow out of it. Figure out which situations have sent you into panic attacks and avoid them if possible. For me, it was being around my mom when I was making major life decisions. She was so critical I'd get overwhelmed and have panic attacks.

Maybe it is a panic attack. I suggest you see a good counselor to talk about it. When did it start? What was happening? You are not crazy, you need to learn to control it and learning coping skills that keep you calm. Possibly biofeedback might help. There are several other methods to help. Don't let anyone put you on drugs, this is something you can change and get over if it is panic attacks. Drugs only mask the problem and does not solve it.

Your not crazy, you just explained in perfect detail panick attacks and anxiety. For being as young as you are you stated your feelings very well. Remember that having these attacks can happen to anyone at any age period! Tell your mom you need to see your doctor and be screened for anxiety and you can tell your doctor and then you doc. will tell your mom and you can move on to treatment and then your attacks will get ALOT better.
Please do this ASAP and dont be scared to talk to your mom and doctor. and no your not crazy, Relax and breath Good luck.

you got panick attacks or anxiety, try not to see a doctor, he'll put you on Meds, which make you think everything is alright, you should learn to deal with it, by Taken a Deep Breathe and stop worrying so much, do what you can do, 1 thing at a time, don't overwhelm yourself, take a break and go for a little walk
Been there done that

Well, i do the same thing when im under alot of pressure, i start to shake and then i go balistic. Your mom only thinks that because you might be a sheltered child like i am, your friends are concerned about you and they wish only the best. your not crazy, everyone reacts to stress differently, if we all reacted the same way life would be boreing. so dont worry so much its probably just your body's normal reaction.

sounds like panic attacks. Do you have a counselor, psychologist, or social worker at school? One of them can probably help you figure out what is going and and can refer you to your doctor if that's what you need.

you are having panic attacks.. you are perfectly normal, and your mom is TOTALLY WRONG!, you aren't losing your mind. There is medicine for it.. and don't worry, my friend has panic attacks and takes medicine for it and she is one of the most loved people i know..(it also helps that she is nice.. but still, she has them, and she is PERFECTLY NORMALL!!!) haha..
