You need to talk to your doctor and discuss going off your meds. there are lots of problems you may run into just stopping them. The effects will be dependent on whether you were taking them because your body does not produce enough thyroid or too much. Both are big health risks. Don't stop your meds cause you feel better, you need them to stay feeling better. Please call you doctor right away.
If you lost your Dr., please get a new one or go to a clinic.
If it is cost, there are many ways to get your meds for cheaper or free.

Did the doctor tell you to stop I had taken Tapozole for two years for hyperthyroid and when I stopped I notice I was real shaky for a few weeks. Depending if your levels are within normal range and you M.D. approves it there should be no problem but if you just stopped on your own your levels could go back to what they were prior to the meds and all the symptoms you had before will be back,

Why? Why would you stop taking your thyroid medication? Did your doctor discontinue it?
Sleepiness, hair and nails thin and brittle, increase in appetite, weight gain, sometimes it can cause heart inlargement kidney problems. You should never ever stop a medication like this without a doctors supervision!

Your hair will start falling out and you will get very fatigued. You really shouldn't stop those meds.
