GOD sent HIS SON who was born of a virgin and rejected by HIS People. HE was brutally and savagely beaten and hung on a Roman Cross to die a shameful death for the sins of mankind. HIS death burial and resurrection allows us to become Children of HIS FATHER and have an opportunity to be in Heaven with HIM for eternity.
Study these scriptures and see what you think. To become a Christian:
1. We must HEAR GOD’s WORD. - Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
2. We are told to BELIEVE. - To the Prison guard in Acts 16:31 Paul and Silas said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household."
3. We must REPENT (turn from) of our sins. - Acts 17:30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent.
4. We are told to CONFESS CHRIST before men. - Matthew 10:32 "Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.
5. We are to enter the waters and BE BAPTIZED. - Mark 16:16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
6. We are told to CONTINUE TO BE FAITHFUL until death. - Revelation 2:10b Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.

There is no need for salvation. I asked God if Gandhi crossed over to be with Him. He showed me Yasir Arafat was there. Enough said. Personally, I believe that Gandhi has already come back here.

My understanding of the christian's god's love for me is as follows: He allegedly created me. He allegedly gave me my intellect and gift of discernment of what is true and what is false. He allegedly planned for me to disregard these gifts and believe in him by faith alone. He allegedly requires me to believe in him and accept him as my lord and savior and to repent of my sins in order to be saved. Otherwise he will allow me to burn in this alleged hell.
That is my understanding of his alleged plan for my salvation.

FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, THAT WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM SHALL NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.
