It is so hard to get out of bed in the morning, even if I've had 8 hours of sleep. I want to take a nap when I get home from work, and I look forward to going to bed. I wish I could just stay in bed all the time. What is wrong with me? I'm not doing anything productive outside of work because I feel too tired to even move.

Okay, this is a great question. I have a feeling your job sucks awfully hard. Let me just paraphrase something Adam Corolla said, when you're waking up to go to work, you feel tired, you can't get up and ugh, it's just awful but when you're waking up, like during the weekend, and you're waking up to ride your motorcycle or doing something that you really enjoy, guess what? NO PRO-BLEMO.

Or you could have mono and hopefully you don't, I wish no harm on anyone. Anyway, What you might want to do, if you don't hate your job, cause if you DO, get another job, BUT! if you don't hate your job, what you want to do is just eat more vitamins, do some exercise, get your body fluids going. I hear that if you get some piece and mind before work and maybe if you do some exercise, you'll feel a lot better all day long. Of course that's just what I HEAR, I LOVE my job.

Okay buddy, good luck with that!!!!

Have you had a physical lately? Are you eating correctly? Make sure you have protein at every meal. Egg or cheese or meat in the morning with a couple slices of whole grain bread, about three ounces at lunch and four at least at dinner. Eat four or so fruits a day, eat several vegetables including greens. You might think about taking a good multi vitamin. Drink a couple glasses of milk a day for your calcium. Get eight hours of sleep and do some exercises. Hope it helps. Good luck.

You really might want to keep an eye on your sugar. Have it tested because that's how diabetics feel sometimes...they're tired all the time and need naps. Do you eat a lot of sugar/carbs? Check on that and your thyroid. Good Luck. :)

In my experience, exhaustion is usually related to diet. Exercise would help as well, go see your Doctor for blood tests too. Don't worry, a few life style changes and you'll have a lot more energy!

May be you need some rest. Just forget about your work for sometime. Plan a vacation with your best friends. Relax there and then get back to work. I assure you that you will be back to work with lots of energy.
