Your dog may have Bloat "Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus" ("GDV"). It is the second leading killer in dogs, after cancer. The stomach swells and can get twisted up in the esophagus. It is very common in deep chested dogs. If you have any MYLANTA GAS (not regular mylanta) or GAS-X you can reduce or slow the gas, you've probably bought yourself a little more time to get to a vet if your dog is bloating. Dosage for a small dog is 6 ounces; Medium dog is 8 ounces; large dog 12 ounces. Make sure you walk the dog after giving the Mylanta until the bloat is relieved or until you can contact a veterinarian. If the bloat is relieved at home, it would still be a good idea to contact your vet to let them know the dog bloated. IF YOU ARE UNSURE, RUSH THIS DOG TO THE VET IMMEDIATELY. THIS COULD BE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH FOR YOUR DOG. Once a dog bloats, it will usually bloat again in the future.
some symptoms of bloat:
Pale or off-color gums
Dark red in early stages, white or blue in later stages
Coughing
Unproductive gagging
Heavy salivating or drooling
Foamy mucous around the lips, or vomiting foamy mucous
Unproductive attempts to defecate
Whining
Pacing
Licking the air
Seeking a hiding place
Looking at their side or other evidence of abdominal pain or discomfort
May refuse to lie down or even sit down
May stand spread-legged
May attempt to eat small stones and twigs
Drinking excessively
Heavy or rapid panting
Shallow breathing
Collapse
If your dog has bloat it needs a vet as soon as possible!!!

While you are waiting for a veterinary appointment in the morning, why not calm down and read up on some things that although should be seen by a vet are not emergencies for this evening. Being that you are talking about bloat in an older dog I suggest you start with reading about Cushings disease. I’m going to through in a few links but I suggest you do some more searches too. If it doesn't seem like a possible Cushings case there are some other things tot read about which might help you spend the time until morning so that you understand better what the vet says.

I'd get her to the vet first thing in the morning. Three days is way to long to deal with this...poor dog.

call your normal vet, even if they are closed. on their answering machine they should have if this an emergency call this number, it will more than likely be a number to an animal hospital, they pretty much stay open 24/7. Get her to the animal hospital NOW!!!
