how old do you have to be, what conditions, etc.
It would be great if you have experience in this area, ex. work @ dmv, have (or know someone who has) gotten hardship license,etc.

There are four conditions, I found them on the Texas DOT website, here: http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/ftp/forms/dl-77.pdf

You have to be at least 15, but under 18.

I knew some people who got one at 15 (in texas)because we rode horses and they said they needed to be able to drive a tractor.

i believe your parent has to be disabled
