So even though her sister bit her I should still take her in?

... if anyone or anything bit anyone or anything else, then yes they need to be taken in ... you never know what germs "her" sister has ...

yes you have to get her to the vet,bites are the worst and she can lose her eye and gets a infection that would cause surgery,,,,,
