Some people are short and some are tall, its just a fact of life. Unless you save up enough money to get spacers put in your spine your pretty much out of luck. Your weight is definitely what you should be focusing on instead of your height. You already know how to lose weight, everyone does, its diet and exercise. You have to stop being lazy and take action. Get into a regular routine and stay with it. When your losing weight the proper and healthy way its going to take at least a month to start seeing real results. Me, and im sure your doctor, will tell you honestly if you stick with it then it will work, GUARANTEED.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

You very likely may be done growing but I thought I was and hit a growth spurt at 18 and went from 5'5 to 5'7 so anything is possible. I do not think that losing weight will have any affect on that it can only do you good. Extra weight can cause health problems as I am sure you know so if you want to do it go for it and good luck!

Well i dont think you should worry about your height really.
First you want to go on a healthy diet, so you can proably google it. And i think i was told 60 min. of excersice a day to help lose weight. Just make sure your diet includes vejjies and all.

If you are 16, you are likely done growing taller (though only a doctor with some XRs could tell you for sure)

You are over-weight you should only weigh around 120-125 for your height

Please choose to deal with what you can in fact control. Your height is not one of those things. You know the formula, control your eating portions and get out to exercise regularly. Stick with it; you can do it.
