I think Epassporte is the only way right now. Some of the sites might still take cash via western union.

I use Virtual Visa Gift Cards to deposit from GiftCards.com (though I heard that people have trouble with it on PokerStars). They are only $2 a piece (though they aren't reloadable. They can be loaded for up to $500. I have them send me checks and bankwires to withdraw.

Until some service with Neteller's reputation (their reputation a few months ago, not now) comes along, I'm trying to eliminate the 3rd parties that hold my money. I have money tied up there and I'm not particularly trusting that other services won't end up with the same fate or worse.

ePassporte is probably an alright alternative. Just make sure you read up on the fee structure. Friends of mine have got hit with fees they didn't know were coming.
