Hi , I am sorry to hear she past on . The only real thing to do is cry and let it all out . Also you can pray and ask God to keep her safe and let her know you are sorry for whatever you are sorry for . Another thing you can journal your thoughts and heart break on paper . Get a picture of her and what a nice poem on the back of the frame that express her or how you are sorry or whatever . Have a candle lit everyday around the same day until your heart isn't hurting any longer . GOOD LUCK ! I am truly sorry best wishes to you and your family .

You may be feeling a little guilty about your feelings for her in the past. However I'm sure you did love her and losing a loved one takes awhile to get used to and your emotions will run wild for awhile.
Pray for her and cherish the good times you did have together.Try to be a better person because of it.We never know what is ahead of us from one moment to the next.

You have my sympathies. I've lost two siblings at very early ages. Ask your family doctor for a referral to a grief counselor. They help a lot. And also, it just takes time to feel better.

listen i konow it hurts! and it sucks too, but please cry this out do not hold it in, it can cause damages later. she loves you too, and will look after you in Heaven. I am very sorry for your loss. Talk to yuor family, they are thre best people to talk to about this. Or your local Pastor will be good! "Humble yourself in sight of the Lord and He shall lift you up" James 4:10
