(Is the dog having a flu when they have sounds coming from their nose? Something like humans having cold with mucus stuck in our noses...)

Dogs cant actually cry. They whimper and sound like they are crying, but they just want attention, espically small breeds.

they dont technically cry per-se, but the emotion is the same. Dog cries are a high pitch continuous whimper. Its unmistakable.

They whine and whimper, probably wants attention. Thats all my sisters Boston Terrier does, is whimper and whine if she doesnt have all eyes on her. LOL

No they don't cry like we do...nor do they make audible signs other than their whining.
