This one looked either like a ghost or a real person because it looked alive.
Was a distrubing thing to see.
And I can remote view fairly well most of the time so I know I wasnt imagining this.

Okay, seriously, let us accept the presumption of remote viewing. In such a case, I must also accept that your 'psychic body' was present at that location. As such, you may have chanced upon another psychic body and this person's psychic self-image was as you describe. Further, if we are presuming preception without presence, it may be that this entity was entirely spiritual in nature, at which point I would have to ask about your emotional rsponse to it. Did its presence make you comfortable or agitated, or was it a neutral, curious emotional response?
