Take her to the vet. The vet at the least will give you some eye drops for her if you don't the eye can get infected and she can go blind

Take her to the vet. Eye injuries are very serious and you can't diagnose the actual problem yourself. Worse, if you treat the eye with a wrong medication for what the nature of the injury is, you can permanently blind her.

It will heal on it's own but by taking your dog to a vet, you might help her heal faster.

Take her to a vet without delay! Bites to soft mucous membrane tissue can get infected quickly and transfer to the rest of the body. You dont want you pet to lose her sight, do you?
