I ordered some cheese online and the idiots did not ship it with cold packs. I ordered it via 2 day shipping so it's probably been out of refrigeration for that many days. I have muenster, butterkase, brie, and cheddar.

The Wisconsin Cheese Mart allows for 3 day shipping. But I don't know if they include cold packs. Seems like the people selling the cheese would include cold packs if it was needed. Call the people you ordered from and talk to them about it.

If it is vacuum sealed it should be fine. Cheese does pretty well since it is already "spoiled" in a sense.

If it does not have a vacuum seal to it, then it should be tossed out. If if was vacuum packed, you are OK.
