the law states that you have to be able to fasten the seat down ,and you cant do this without seat belts,so that one would be a no,because if you slammed on your brakes, and it not tied down, the car seat would leap forward really bad on it,id ask the local police what to do in an a case like this,I'm sure they have a good answer to it,good luck,i hope this help,s.

If you're a loving parent, you don't, no.
Doesn't anybody build anything anymore? The newest cars have special hooks and straps that are designed to hook into the newest child safety seats. So figure out how to add the hooks and straps to your car, so it can tie in just like it does on the new cars. Make em nice and solid.
While you're at it, add regular seat belts, because you can't keep the car from going off a cliff if you've been thrown out of the driver's seat, or the passenger has been thrown into your lap.

No, you simply do not put the child in the vehicle. A car seat not restrained would be a horribly dangerous projectile in the event of an accident.

your car has to be older than 1967 to not have seat belts in it from the factory , i put a belt in my '49 Chev so a child seat would work , i suggest you get it together and start becoming more responsible , you are a role model now

NO!!!.. never, that's irresponsible and if so happen you have to slam on your break your child will fall out of car seat. that's not safe at least if you are going to have a child with no seat belt then someone should be holding it (BUT I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT) the child should always be your number one priority.

If it is a child you are referring to, I think its illegal in most states not to have them buckled in. If there's no seat belts, find another ride.
