You typed, "when a BOY says he loves u..." If you mean anyone younger than 15, chances are that he ddoesn't mean it, or he doesn't understand the huge meaning behind the three little words. I wouldn't take him seriously if I were you. That doesn't mean abandon him totally, just...well...I don't want to say that you shouldn't believe him, just, if you break up, don't be totally heart-broken because he said, "I love you" and you're breaking up.

That will depend on 3 things : what you think love means, what he thinks love means and if both of you think the same. Chances are they arent the same things. So dont sweat so much ...Look for actions not words. Love can be felt even without words.

By things he does, if he said it because he wants something sex,money my car then no he does not love me. However it is really just based on his action and his words for me do they seem sincere and consistent with my view of love. Sweetie does she know what love is? did he say it out of the blue, or before he put his hand down your pants?
you see, it is all dependent upon the context.
did he say it to get a reward?
was it as a follow through to what you said?
did it just come out of nowhere and surprise you?
you need to look at the times he says it and figure it out why he said it. if you feel loved, then he may truly believe it.

He tells you in a deep and sweet voice and he calls you his evrything and he puts all of his friends over you .You shold ask him if he love you more than money if he cant say yes fast enough or says something that nowhere near yes leave him!!!!!!

the only way you can really tell is the feeling you get when he says it. The look in his eyes when he tells you he loves you. If he only tells you he loves you when and if you are having sex with the person I would say he is lying

make sure that you haven't just had any kind of physical contact with him when he says it, otherwise it is just his labido talking. if he says it just kind of offhand or if he says it right after you said it, then he probably doesn;t mean it. also make sure he isn't drunk. and see if he has a history of saying to every girl that he dates.
