OK, so he's 24, he's engaged, and he is sort of coming on to you, although in a clumsy way. I disagree with the people who just think he wants sex with you....for crying out loud, you work together, he knows you know he's engaged---he'd have to be a total idiot, assuming you both want to keep working there.
It sounds more like he's just somewhat backward when communicating...i.e. keeps asking you the same (stupid) question and forgets to remember the answer, AND forgets that he already asked you before.....lather, rinse, repeat.
It could be that since he's become engaged, he is more emboldened to talk to women, and possibly even do kind of a nerdy-flirting thing. He probably chose you to test out his skills because you are young, and chances of getting completely dissed are less, presumably because you will be kinder than an older more experienced woman.
These are just some thoughts....but I do wish you'd consider this (use your "gut" instincts): is he kinda nerdy, OR is he coming on to you? (Tip: a 24-year old referencing Casanova seems somewhat...ummmm...... how to put this?........ Oh yeah....*NERDY.*)
Whether he is just a little backward, or is harassing you are 2 different scenarios requiring 2 completely different responses.
Good luck!

I'd call him a phony player....using one of the oldest games in the book~"casa-nova" my butt, he's more like a wannabe...trying to take a hit on you and you should just ignore him and if he gets fresh with you more than he already has...he's liable for charges of sexual harassment on the job...Big no-no...nobody with good ethnics, would ever bother to say something like that on the job. You should know he really doesn't have the right to ask such a question, unless he was actually your date...but I wouldn't take a date with him...or him seriously for that matter. He's trying to mess with you in the wrong way and maybe trying to test your vulnerabilities, if any.
Steer clear...Good Luck!

My guess is he wants to have sex with you. There is an easy way to tell if that is true. It he is a guy it is true if he is not it is not true. The reason he keep asking is because he could go to jail for having sex with a minor. Since it is not uncommon for young girls to lie about their age he keeps asking to see if you slip-up.

since you guys are co-workers, it might not be such a great idea to confront him. we don't know if he's just flat out annoying or if he's actually hitting on you. either way, just shrug him off and give him the cold shoulder. basically, ignore him and he'll hopefully get the hint.

Maybe he is shy, and its the only question he can think of to ask you
Otherwise he might feel a fool saying nothing to you
But yeah it would be creepy
