Lilly...I gather from the things you say that you've been perfect to this point...
no ZITS...no PIMPLES...right?

You don't need help "REALLY BADLY"...you just need to learn that what you're experiencing is quite normal for teens like yourself.

Now, here's a good site for you to check out:

Type in "pimples", "zits", or anything else you and teens your age might have questions about...and...DON'T WORRY SO MUCH!

Alright, first stop panicking!!! Everyone goes through these things. It could either be a fever blister or yes, a zit. And no, no matter how many times you say "pimple" or "zit" it doesn't mean you're going to GET them!!! Lots of people get them, MOST teenagers will get them at one point or another so if you get them it's MORE than normal. If I were you, I would try a cold sore medicine like Abreva on it during the day. In the evening, hold a small piece of ice on the inflamed area, dap a tiny bit of toothpaste on the spot, and go to bed. Make sure to wash your face with mild cleansers before all of this and by any means DON'T manipulate or pinch at it. It may get worse before getting better, but every person goes through these embarassing and physically painful outbreaks of whatever-they-are!!! Stay calm. Even ask a pharmacist what he/she would recommend over the counter to help with pain and to reduce redness and swelling.... Again, good luck!!

Generally bottled water is better as it is purer. Where I live, the water has loads of chlorine (which is not good for you & it kills all of the germs) and a lot of other stuff which gums up the pipes. I hate to think what it is doing to my digestive system. Also, I heard somewhere that the water that I drink from the tap has been drunk 7 or 8 times before. Yuk! It is because of these impurities and cleaning chemicals which is why tap water tastes so revolting. I go by if bottled water tastes nicer (and it does) then it is better for you. If the bottled water is spring water then that is an added bonus as it would have been cleaned well as it filtered through the rocks. Sometimes water stays in the rocks for thousands of years!

You can say pimple all you want babe. Don't belive that stuff. Umm.. Their is a zaping thing at stores like wallgreens. It works really well. It uses a light heat on the pimple and kinda just zaps it away. In 24 hours it will be off your face.

What is this silliness about if you say it you get them? Superstition.

I have no idea what you are freaked out about. Ask your mother what to do about it if she knows what it is.

It's most likely a pimple.
They aren't uncommon for teens to get, so don't bug out.

To get rid of it, you could just pop it.
Or you could get some acne cream.
