No there isnt, your hieght is all in your genes and there is no medication or machine that can make you taller. You could get a doctor to surgicaly implant metal into your legs to make your legs longer, this has been done but for other reasons than to make somebody taller.

Are you a pituitary dwarf? In which case yes the painful injection of hormones can help as long as it's given at the right age! That being preferably the younger the better! Once in to puberty it is too late to treat! There isn't a machine that works! However to find out your expected adult height just add your father and mothers heights together and if male add 4 ins then divide by 2. It's pretty accurate!
If it makes you feel any better I'm 4ft 9ins and my hubby is 5ft 8ins our son is 5ft 4in (after hormone treatment) my daughter 5ft 1ins not unusually small in our family though! It's never been a hindrance and teasing from others is very boring! No-one ever comes up with a new word or insult and as I knew my children were going to go through the same things I made sure they were well prepared! I face the most predudice being the furthest from normal but it's got some advantages!
You have no choice in what height you are so learn to accept it. If you look hard enough I'm sure you can find a good role model! Kylie Minogue and Dolly Parton aren't much taller than me and there are plenty of small males who've been successful.

Sorry, no there isn't.

Your height is governed by the genes passed down by your parents. Look at their heights and you should fall anywhere between the smallest and tallest.

Depends on your age as well. If you are below your early 20's then you still have until that time before you stop growing. If your height is a real confidence breaker for you, talk to someone. Maybe your doctor or ask to be referred to a psychologist just to find out what is making you lack self esteem and work on it.

Don't forget you are still the same person no matter how you look, talk, act or behave. If people like you that's the important thing.
