some guys hate tattoos on girls. some guys don't care and other guys wouldn't date a girl without them. most of my guy friends have tattoos and like tattoos on girls. i love my tattoos but would never get or not get one because of what somebody else thinks. tattoos are art but some people don't see it that way.

Some guys do, some don't. If people think of you as crazy and less than normal just because you have a tattoo, then in my opinion they're not worth your friendship or a relationship. That's a sad thing that someone would tarnish your reputation over a tattoo, isn't it? Some of the best and smartest people in the world have tattoos, but nobody tarnishes their reputation. And, the tattoos look sexy, too! Stick with the friends/boyfriends that stand by your side no matter what you do! Those are real friends worthy of your friendship and/or relationship! Good luck♥

It really is about a guys personal preference and/or belief about women and tattoos. Most of the responses are correct. it has been my experience that some do and some don't. I have never met a guy that was interested in me and lost interest if he saw my tattoo which is on one of my breast. it is not big and can only be seen if i am topless or wearing something that is demi or very low cut. Let me just say that, if I could get that moment in time back, I would not do it. Thank God it is a small black heart. However, there are times that I want to wear an elegant evening dress or gown and it may be very low cut in the front. My tattoo throws the entire look off. There is never anything elegant about a tattoo. If you decide to get one, I would recommend a small one and get it on the small of your very lower back or underneath your navel (just above the pelvic area). Also, they are permanent. Think long and hard. When I got my tattoo I was like 19 years old. I guess I thought these old ta-ta's would sit up forever. As they change (start heading south as they do with age) so does my tattoo. Not a good thing!

It depends on the man and the lifestyle that you live and how you want to be perceived. A lot of young people are getting tattoos ,however it's something you carry for the rest of your life, so think what your perspectives of life will be in 30 years and how that tattoo will reflect then. I have dated a few ladies who had old husband's or boyfriends names on their bodies, and I'll tell you that it isn't a turn on. If you get a tattoo make it some thing that is meaningful to you. I have a tattoo of paratrooper's wings on my bicep that I can reflect on that time in my life

Like a few other people have said, don't base your actions on what other people think. If you want a tattoo, get it and screw what everyone else thinks. Anyone worth knowing will like you tattooed or not. Everyone's got an opinion, but yours is the only one that matters in this case.

I met a guy that thought woman with tattoo's were the worst people in the world and i wanted nothing to do with this guy so it was my easy way out of not having to go on a date with him, so i showed him my tattoo and then he thought that it was very attractive and he thought certain woman could pull wearing them off. I was like drop dead pal you just told me no way in hell would you have anything to do with anyone that had a tattoo and now you want to still go on a date with me...........um no way!

The answer to your question is I do, and I can't speak for the rest of the male gender. What I can speak to is the insensitive buffoons who think there are opinions are gospel. If someone chooses to get a tat that's their choice, respect them for making that choice, don't group them into a category. According to Mr liberal up above only trashy women have tattoos. Well I think Pamela Anderson, Rose McGowan, Alyssa Milano, Drew Barrymore, and host of other females in Hollywood, not to mention all over the world would love to debate that point. It just goes to prove that small minded people have to resort to pigeon holing people who don't share their beliefs. The old saying is the greatest Opinions are like a**holes, every ones got one, and most of them stink!!

Why does it matter? Do you need a man to validate what you do with your body? If you are looking to attract a guy with a tattoo, try doing something less permanent. Do it for yourself - not for someone. Also, don't NOT do it because of a guy.
You are more than the guy you are dating or the guy you are NOT dating.

I think it all depends on the guys and the tattoo. My guess though is that most guys dont even notice them because there not a big problem.
