Losing weight fast is very unhealthy. Weight should be lost slowly, it's a gradual process. There are no quick fixes. Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks every day. You will not achieve results by going on a fad diet. They are unhealthy and you will gain the weight back and then some. You said you are 15, this means you are still developing and possibly growing. Your appearance should be important to you, but appearance is much more than weight. Appearance has a lot to do with being clean and smelling good, being self confident and dressing sensibly. You need to understand this, appearance encompasses a lot more than your weight. I know plenty of people who are more than 30 pounds overweight and always look good. A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Don't go to sleep right after you eat. well you can eat smaller portions a day. and keep on exercesing cause all the fat in your belly needs to digest your food you just ate. and that will take about 6 hours to digest. then you can eat 4 small meals aday or eat only 3 medium meals a day without snacking. and never make your self through up just stay active.

You don't loose weight "fast". You do it in a healthy, smart way and exercise, eat healthy and change your life. This question has been asked so many times it makes my head spin. Why don't you look up all those other questions, that are the same, and see the answers given.

well u could run, join wieght watcher, get a scale that lies to u LOL, only eat 2 meals a day, um ...... dont eat carbs, wat i did was tke pills but they have to be pills like that will onlydisolve ur fat or if they r ANYTHING else, u at ur age could get really sick!(don't be anerixic!)
