Nighthawks by Edward Hopper, 1942. One of my most favorite works/artists. All his works are awesome...they look simple but they capture the isolation of the depression era. To Cowgirl, it's called American Gothic, by Grant Wood.

The one with the old man and woman as farmers and the old man is holding a pich fork. Not sure what it is called though. Anyways my friend and I re-enacted it with out even realizing it.

i agree with that dude right above me, Monet.. his waterlilies & sunsets. But i also love his late work when his vision was going.. the haystacks and the Rouen cathedral
