like to get ur stomach smaller?give me as many ideas as u can or at least the ones that will get it small faster..

push up, sit up or buy a cardio machine at home.

Ab exercises will technically make your abs grow and push out your fat gut.. Don't do sit ups or anything of the like. Jog , run , etc.

Also try one legged squats- you can Cheat with two legged squats but one legged squats force you to balance and force application tot he proper muscles vs your back.

if i wanna lose weight fast just wrap a garbage bag around ur stomach and run a couple of blocks untill ur sweatttinnng. and then ull lose water weight. it wont stay off for GOOD but it will help.

Crunches...but make sure you support your neck very well...Sometimes I like to use a towel or something under my head and then I pull up on the towel instead of trying to put my hands behind my neck and pull up. Good luck!

i had/(have) i bought a exercise ball (which really isn't necessary) and have been doing crunches ... about 200 a day in intervals. i also found that lifing 5lb weights have reduced my stomach area....trust me its working so far!!!!! good luck!!!!

If you have stairs, that a great excercise. running up and down a flight of stairs will tone everything.

push ups are awesome, sit ups, squats, lunges, dips, calf raises, etc.
