no you don't. i get strep all the time, i work in a day care. i've never had a feaver with it. usually all i have is a soar throat that doesn't go away and doesn't feel any better no matter what i do.

You will most likely have a fever, as well as tiny blisters at the back of your throat. You need a throat culture to confirm it, and antibiotics to treat it.

Yes you get a fever.I've had it many times.It really sucks.
