I just bought 2 - 12" Audiobahn AW1206T Sub's. Whats the best amp for these? I want to run them @ 1000 Watts RMS each @ 2 Ohm's. And I don't want to break the bank on the amp either. lol

You'd be better off running a 2000 watt RMS @ 4 ohm amp with the subs wired like so http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j230/sparky3489/PARALLEL-SERIES.jpg

The reason is the amp will run cooler, last longer and sound better.

Of course this will be more expensive, so it's a trade off. A longer lasting, better sounding system or a more affordable ok sounding system that may run hot.

To run each sub at 2 ohms will require either two amps or a 2-channel amp. This is because both subs wired together will not result in a 2 ohm load - 1 ohm or 4 ohm.
