my cousin is mentally stressed could there be a posibilty for him to have brain tumor?

not likely have your cousin go to the Dr and tell the Dr how he feels being stressed out is usually from having to much pressure from work,friends,school etc

your cousin needs to relax and take it easy go relax have some fun stop sressing.
