What are the words or markings on the barrel or frame of the gun? Is it a revolver with 2 different cylinders (one for .22 short, long, and long rifle and another one for .22 magnum) or is it a semi-auto that can shoot short, long, and long rifle.
With the little information given here, and wondering if the asker means .22 short, long, and long rifle, or perhaps long rifle and magnum, and wondering if they mean pistol in semi-auto. or revolver with 2 cylinders (or just one if it doesn't shoot .22 mag.) we need more information.
Also, High Standard did indeed make pistols, several, that with a conversion kit, sould shoot BOTH .22 short and .22 LR.
Cat.# 9150 Supermatic/Field King to 22 short, 4 1/2 Bbl.
Cat.# 9151 Supermatic/Field King to 22 short, 6 3/4 Bbl.
Cat.# 9152 Olympic to Supermatic 22 L.R., 4 1/2 Bbl.
Cat.# 9153 Olympic to Supermatic 22 L.R., 6 3/4 Bbl.
Cat.# 9154 Olympic to Field King 22 L.R., 4 1/2 Bbl.
Cat.# 9155 Olympic to Field King 22 L.R., 6 3/4 Bbl.
So there are both revolvers and pistols that can shoot different rimfire ammo.

The only thing I know of that fits that description is a Ruger Single-Six which was made in the fifties and sixties with a cylinder for 22 LR and another for 22 WMR. They're making a New Model Single Six now, and I'd buy one if I ever remembered to. The primary purpose of the 22 WMR cylinder is to see how much noise you can produce from a small revolver, but the 22 LR gives you a very nice plinking/small game revolver.

Bound's hubby here:
First off, unless your revolver is equipped with an extra cylinder it will not shoot .22 s,l, lr and .22 mag. By virtue of the fact that you say your pistol will shoot .22 s, l and perhaps lr this is not a semi-auto pistol. Since you do not identify the make or model it is difficult to give advice here on when your handgun was made. Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer if they are still in business or post a new question here with the make and model of your handgun.

Well, unless its a revolver with two different cylinders it will only shot .22 short, long and/or long rifle. Some revolvers come with an extra cylinder to also shoot the .22 Magnum.
You have not provided enough info. to ID or date this revolver/pistol.
