Some of my favorites include:
1. Tuna salad made with shredded carrots, raisens, and mayo
sliced tomatos
Sesame seed crackers
2. Sliced turkey rollups: turkey breast spread with cream cheese
and wrapped in lettuce leaves
Whole grain crackers with Laughing Cow Herb and Garlic
cheese
Orange sections
3. Flour tortilla rolled up around thinly sliced roast beef, red onion
and swiss cheese, cut into smaller sandwiches
Applesauce
Chocolate cupcakes
4. Leftover pizza
Celery stix with dip
Tangerines
5. Left over lasagne or spaghetti
Garlic bread
salad (add dressing later)
You can mix and match just about anything to make a satisfying lunch time treat. Have fun!

What are you taking to lunch right now? I used to make pesto, turkey and provolone sandwiches with arugula for a different twist on a sandwich. Yogurt, a piece of fruit, crackers and dip, cheese, raw veggies, and a chocolate chip granola bar. (I figure something healthy offset the sandwich!) That got me through a 13 hour shift and I didn't have to stand in line for the microwave.

Get an assortment of deli meats, cheeses, bakery breads, greens/veggies and neat spreads. Then mix them up! Do stuff like:
Smoked Turkey, Garlic Aioli (garlic mayo), Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato on a croissant
Pita stuffed w/ guacamole, shredded chiken, chipotle mayo, alfalfa sprouts
Whole Grain Bread layered w/ roast beef, horseradish sauce, blue cheese, spicy mustard, tomatoes, provolone cheese
Onion Roll w/ BLT and mayo
WW Pita w/ ham, smoked cheddar, french onion dip as spread, lettuce, purple cabbage shreds
Then buy a great assortment of fruits: banana, plums, mangos, papayas, melons, apples, kiwis, all color grapes, citrus of all sorts
Different cheeses: not just american or cheddar, but get Muenster, blues (good on beef),
You dont' have to buy all this at once... buy enough to make 2-3 sammie selections and eat on that until you're our of fixings, then go buy more and different ones.
For sides, you can make salads at home and bring w/ you: cole slaw, potaot, pasta, german potato, caesar, tomato/cuke, avocado/endive, blue cheese/walnut/pear, and so on.
You can also bring stuff like pretzels, popcorn, Sun Chips, sweet potato or apple chips, veggie chips, bagel chips, peanut butter on saltines, etc.
Good luck!

I like Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine and those type frozen meals. Some as cheap as $1.50 at Wal-Mart where I live. Heat them up in the microwave and you have a good meal.
I also like left overs from the night before.
Sandwiches are good but I find them boring without lettuce and cheese. Wraps are good too in place of bread.
Lean pockets have all types of fillings, check them out too. They are like Hot Pockets but healthier.
