im fixin to be 20 my boyfriend is 20 weve been together for a year and 3 months.weve had a great relationship...we have called each other wife and husband and at one time we have talked bout gettin married and having kids and things like that....i stay at his house every night and we txt all day long...so things have been pretty good then last night things got kinda rocky and then today he txt me and said that he had been doin some thinkkin and he doesnt know how were gonna be together cause were nothin alike...and he was like im not sayin that im dumpin you now im just sayin later on im only twenty i can met alota people in my life still...he has always told me that he was never goin anywhere...and that we were gonna grow old together...i just dont want to lose the love of my life and the man of my dreams...and all that...i really love this man...i just dont know what to do i need yalls help.

i think, NOW, he starts to think that at his young age, more opportunity will knock at his door and he wan to know more people who he can associate it with. Never mind girl, i know you love him alot esp you guyz had reached the extend of calling each other husband and wife. At your age, emtional factor is the main issue. Lots of thoughts and feeling. Just give him some times and dont pressure him too much and you too, dont take it too hard as well.

Being 5 years from that point I have a little advice for you. I was with a guy at that point in my life too and couldn't imagine my life without him. I lived with my head in the clouds and had no idea of what my relationship was really like. We would fight all the time and i thought with time it would get better. We both had our doubts at times but after 5 years got married. Now not even 6 months later we are getting divorced because it surely was not the right thing to do. If either of you has doubts then I would get out now. Date other people and see what happens. You are still very young and have a lot of life left to experience. Live it up while you can and don't settle down to early. Make sure you find the Mr. Right that is sure about you because forever is a long time and divorce is very difficult to go through. If you guys are meant to be it will happen. My Mr. Right has been right in front of me for 11 years and it took a long time to figure out.

Maybe you should sit down with him and talk about it! Ask him why he has changed his mind. Find out what he wants and needs for the relationship to work and tell him what you want and need for the relationship to work! He is not the love of your life. You are 20. He wants to play the field and see what it's like to be available. I'm sorry, but you might want to consider thinking the same way.

if he's all of a sudden not wanting to be together forever...he probably doesn't feel the same way anymore...and yeah you should kind of re-think how you feel...you should talk to him and get things figured out...that way you don't hang on if it's not gonna work...you're only 20 you still have time...good luck...

Sounds to me like he doesn't feel the same way and he is more less stating that he will not marry you..
