I know that stress is a huge factor due to cortisol and I know by my flare ups during crazy times and I tend to eat more than what is intended as average daily intake, which lately is all the time. My question is this, if cortisol plays such a huge role with my stress, would it be a good idea to go to the doctor and get some sort of medicine that helps maintain stress.

It is a very good stress site with all kinds of help for stress.
There are a few ads on that site for supplements.
There is actually a link to a free vitamin profile that I used.
They are really helping.
